Ledion Bala and Ricco Appea have been appointed as Operations & Scheduling Coordinators. Bala brings five years of operations management expertise in high-end hospitality venues, along with a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of International Development. Appea contributes over a decade of security sector experience, having worked in demanding environments such as G4S.
Sandra Luvango joins ASG as an Office Administrator, bringing valuable experience in team management and operational support. With a background in retail, where she successfully managed several departments, Sandra will handle ASG’s back-office functions. Her expertise in supporting team growth and training, and ensuring standards and compliance, will maintain ASG’s operational excellence and commitment to delivering high-quality security solutions.
Rob High joins ASG as the Head of Intelligence, bringing intelligence reporting and investigations in-house to provide clients with accurate and impactful insights. With more than 15 years in the Crisis and Risk Management industry, High has worked with major players in the crisis management software space and has rolled out enterprise-level global crisis management systems for multinationals across various sectors.
Patrick O’Sullivan, ASG’s new Head of Operations, boasts 30 years of security industry experience, having worked as an officer and quickly attained senior roles at national and European levels. O’Sullivan specialises in contract security for major corporate and property management clients, bringing extensive knowledge in physical security and risk management.
